How It Works
Each customer answers one question and because of this 97%* of people say they'll rate, the combined scores will give you a full picture of how your customers feel, linked to how much they spend. The questions are rotated from a core set of five (such as ‘Please rate the service from 0-9′ or ‘Please rate the value from 0-9′). You can also add your own customised questions too.
