SENIOR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER
I joined in 2012, starting out on the Integration & Support team. I am now a senior member of our Account Management team, looking after some of our largest customers. There’s an open culture which makes for a really good atmosphere around the office.
HEAD OF SERVICE DELIVERY
I started as a Customer Operations Analyst on the Integration & Support team in 2012. Less than 2 years later, I became the Integration and Support Team Lead and now I am the Head of Service Delivery, leading a team of around 25 people!
HEAD OF SALES ENGINEERING
I joined as a graduate on the Integration & Support team in 2012. 6 months later, I joined the Product Management team, and began working with our channel partners. Today I head up the Sales Engineering division!
HEAD OF ENTERPRISE SALES
I joined the Business Sales Team post-graduation. 12 months later I was promoted to leading this team and now, I head up the Enterprise Sales Team, spending a lot of time meeting with prospects and clients all over the UK.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
I joined as a graduate in 2011. I spent a year on the Integration and Support team, before becoming the Team Lead. Today, I’m now part of our Strategic Delivery team where I take ownership of the end to end delivery planning for a range projects in the organisation.
After graduating from UCC, I joined the Integration & Support team. In this role I received top-class training, and gained incredibly valuable knowledge and experience of our products and services. The investment that Realex have made in me has been hugely important in growing my career. Now I’m working as a UX Design Analyst on the Product Management team, learning new things every day.
