I joined in 2012, starting out on the Integration & Support team. I am now a senior member of our Account Management team, looking after some of our largest customers. There’s an open culture which makes for a really good atmosphere around the office.

I started as an Operations Analyst on the Integration & Support team in 2012. Less than 2 years later, I became the Integration and Support Team Lead and now I am the Head of Customer Success Operations and take full ownership for service and support teams based in UK, Ireland and the Philippines.

Having joined Global Payments as a scrum master for one team in 2016, I have expanded my role to work with multiple teams and responsible for program level initiatives. I come from a QA background where I did QA while also acting as a scrum master for the team. The great thing about Global Payments is that it is a dedicated scrum master role that gets to work with all areas of the business across many locations.
I joined the Marketing Team in 2014 in Multimedia Design. I then moved into the world of Product Design - the intersection between design and technology, taking ownership of the Global Payments Design System. I am now the Design Lead & Design System owner on the Global Product Design team. As a Design Lead, it’s my job to promote Design thinking, collaboration, best-in-class UX, exploration and critique.
The Global Product Design team is a talented group of multidisciplinary designers tackling design at scale across the world.

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS
I joined Realex Payments in September 2012 working with our SMB ecommerce payment gateway clients in the Integration & Support team. After 6 months I setup the first partner integration team where I was responsible for everything relating to technical partner integrations. This position enabled me to relocate to London where I set up and established the first Sales Engineering team to support and drive enterprise sales. I then returned to Dublin and set up the multinational sales engineering team in which I supported and lead pitches to all of Global Payments largest multinational prospects and clients. My current role is Head of Customer Solutions for Global Payments where I translate our capability to clients' needs and aspirations.
