As you may know, Canada Post may experience a labour disruption. In the event of a postal strike, please make note of the following:

Merchant Statements

The possible disruption to mail delivery means that you may not receive mail from Global Payments, including your monthly paper statement. Merchant statements will be printed, but will only be mailed once the postal service disruption is resolved.

We would like to remind you that you are still responsible for reviewing your monthly statement and we encourage you to access your statement electronically through Global Payments’ BusinessView portal. This convenient, online option will help ensure timely access to critical business information.

To request a copy of your statement, via fax or email, please contact the Global Payments Customer Care Centre (CCC) at 800-263-2970.
