4. Whom may I contact if I have a question about
implementation or a file transmission?
Please contact the Customer Support Department at 770-829-8911,
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM ET. If you have
a transmission-related inquiry after business hours, contact
our Data Transmission Department at 770-829-8822.
5. Can I report federal and state tax payments at
the same time?
You can report federal and state tax payments during one session
using the web, touch-tone or voice.
6. Is your federal tax product compliant with EFTPS?
Yes, our federal tax product is compliant.
7. Does your tax product support all 50 states?
We can process tax payments for all states that accept EFT
payments.
8. Does your tax product support EDI payments?
Yes, we can accept X12 813 files and convert them to ACH for
delivery to a State’s bank and to the State’s
desired format for delivery to the tax or revenue department.
9. Can you translate an EDI file into a format my
system can understand?
Yes, our Global Exchange @dvantage service can translate ANS
X12 and UN/EDIFACT files into any proprietary format and vice
versa.
10. Can you convert EDI payments files into ACH format?
Yes, we can convert X12 820 and 835 files into NACHA files.
11. Can my locations report sales and other information
along with their daily deposit amounts?
Our Information Reporting @dvantage service allows reporting
of sales figures, inventory amounts, invoice numbers, and
other key fields along with payment amounts.
12. Is there a way to automate the manual task of
initiating funds transfers?
Global has an automated account sweep product called Account
Management @dvantage. Refer to question 3 above for contact
information.
13. Can you provide consolidated bank account detail
from all my financial institutions?
Yes, we can provide prior-day (posted) and same-day (pending)
bank account summary and detail information for any financial
institution that can provide the data.
14. I currently use a reconciliation software package
but how can I receive data from some of the nonelectronic
(smaller) banks?
Global can provide a consolidated BAI file and can accept
reported data from smaller banks using a secure data entry
web page on our web site.
15. How can I receive SWIFT information from one
of my subsidiaries that is located in Europe, Asia, South
America, etc.?
Global can convert SWIFT MT940 and MT950 into BAI version
II and vice versa.
16. Do you provide on-line banking services?
We provide web-server based international payment instruction
delivery and bank account statement reporting services to
financial institutions for their corporate users.
