Atlanta, Thursday, July 24, 2008 - Global Payments Inc. announced results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 31, 2008. For the fourth quarter, revenues grew 23 percent to $343.8 million compared to $280.1 million in the prior year. Excluding the unfavorable impact of a non-recurring, non-cash foreign currency item and prior period restructuring and other charges, diluted earnings per share grew 21 percent to $0.52 compared to $0.43 in the prior year quarter.

Atlanta, Monday, June 30, 2008 - Global Payments Inc. announced today it has completed the formation of a joint venture with HSBC Bank plc (“HSBC”) to provide payment processing services to merchants in the United Kingdom and Internet merchants globally. The joint venture, HSBC Merchant Services, will provide merchant acquiring services to over 135,000 merchant outlets.

Atlanta, Tuesday, June 24, 2008 - Global Payments Inc. announced today the completion of a five-year, $200 million term loan credit agreement with a syndicate of financial institutions.
