Joseph C. Hyde,
Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer

Joseph C. Hyde was named CFO of Global Payments Inc. in October 2005. Previously, Mr. Hyde served as Senior Vice President of Finance for the company, responsible for financial planning and analysis, acquisitions, investor relations, and treasury. In mid-2000, he joined Global from Alvarez & Marsal, a New York crisis management consulting firm focused on operational turnarounds of under-performing companies. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, he worked for The Blackstone Group, an investment bank also based in New York, specializing in corporate financial restructurings and M&A engagements. Mr. Hyde received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan Business School.
