How It Works
- At service implementation, the customer specifies the
functionality required.
- POS software is updated or developed to comply with GPE
authorization and maintenance standards. If needed, software
is customized to provide functionality required by the customer.
- At operations, the customer orders POS installation to
required site. The POS is updated with required communication
keys and merchant-specific data; the device is dispatched
to merchant outlet and installed. Merchant personnel are
trained on site. Authorization center and back-office data
bases are updated to process transactions at the POS.
- During the POS operations, a hot-line is available for
merchant assistance, voice authorization, and network monitoring.
