FAQ

What is the difference between ERS and URS service?
The main difference is in communication method used between the user phone and mobile operator. ERS service requires the user to create a SMS message in specified format and send this message to the operator. USSD service opens an interactive dialogue between the phone and the mobile operator. The user enters all required information to data fields in the USSD menu fields.

What types of mobile phones are required for ERS/URS service?
No special feature is required for the mobile phones. ERS/URS service communicates via SMS or URS channel, which is a standard feature of a mobile phone available today.
