How It Works
- At service implementation, the customer specifies the
functionality required. GPE may assist in type and model
selection as well as hardware procurement.
- ATM software is updated or developed to comply with GPE
authorization and maintenance standards. If needed, software
is customized to provide functionality required by the customer.
- At operations, the customer orders ATM installation to
required site. The site is constructed to fit the device,
electric and data cabling is installed, checked, and certified.
Authorization center and back-office data bases are updated
to be able to process transactions at the ATM. Bank staff
is trained on site.
- During the ATM operations, hot-line is available for
bank staff assistance. 24/7 remote monitoring identifies
possible and actual ATM functionality problem. The bank
may be informed about ATM malfunction alerts.
- At the end of ATM life cycle GPE takes care of ATMs de-installation
and disposal.
