DolEx is looking for direct leases and subleases in Hispanic market areas, and is interested in possibly purchasing locations in our target market areas. Our site requirements include:

Leases:

• Approximately 1,000 Square Feet
• All building systems in good working order, including but not limited to: HVAC, electrical lighting, plumbing, ceiling tiles, structural integrity, roof, fire protection system, parking lot, and landscaping
• Adequate Parking
• Standard Signage
• Generally require anchor center with Hispanic targeted Supermarket

Demographics: Hispanic population minimum 15% within 1 mile radius

Subleases:

• 10’ x 10’ space
• Permitted Signage
• Adequate Parking
