Benefits Highlights
Global Payments Canada, Inc. recognizes the importance of
providing comprehensive benefits to our employees. The benefits
that Global Payments currently provides to active employees
are outlined below. Healthcare, Dental, Basic Life, Dependent
Life, Vision, Short Term Disability, and Employee Assistance
coverage will be provided at no cost to employees. However,
employees will be required to contribute nominal amounts for
Optional Life as well as Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment.
Coverage is effective after 30 days of employment.
Healthcare Coverage
Global Payments Canada, Inc. provides eligible full time
employees and their families comprehensive level of health
care coverage. All options include prescription drug coverage
that allows employees to purchase prescription drugs at a
$5.00 deductible per prescription. Employees may choose to
include spouses and/or eligible dependents under this coverage
for an additional premium.

Dental Insurance
Eligible full time employees and their families are provided
the comprehensive level of dental care including 100% payment
of preventive services, minor restorative services and recall
exams every six months. Employees have the option to include
spouses and/or eligible dependents.

Vision Coverage
Vision coverage is available at no cost to all full time
employees and their families. The vision care plan provides
coverage for eye examinations as well as glasses or contacts
up to a maximum of $100 every 24 months for you and your dependents.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
To encourage employees to obtain ownership in the organization,
Global Payments, Inc. offers its employees the chance to purchase
shares of stock at a 15% discount via payroll deductions.
All individuals employed by Global Payments, Inc. (or its
subsidiaries) on or before the open enrollment date are eligible
to participate in the plan.

Retirement Plans
Global Payments Canada Inc. offers two retirement plans,
both of which are outlined below.

Registered Pension Plan (Pension
Plan)
Global Payments Canada Inc. will make contributions each
month on employees behalf of an amount equal to two (2) percent
of basic monthly earnings into a registered pension plan.
This is the base Company contribution and all eligible employees
participate at no cost.

Retirement Savings Plan (RSP)
Eligible employees may elect to make voluntary contributions,
up to a maximum of four (4) percent of base monthly earnings
to a Group RSP. If employees make these voluntary contributions,
the Company will match them at a 50% rate up to a maximum
of two (2) percent. Contributions made by an employee in excess
of 4% are not matched by Global Payments Canada Inc. Employee
contributions are always fully vested and Company-matching
contributions are vested at 100% after two (2) years of service.
