Our Global Access @dvantage (GA@) product is a secure, data retrieval and management tool that provides 24-hour online access to transaction, payment and reporting information for customers using Global Payments’ services. Using Internet Explorer™ merchants have immediate, convenient and secure access to obtain critical current and historical business information, with “point and click” ease.

The GA@ application is maintained and updated on a secure server by Global Payments. It allows customers to:

• Research and reconcile transaction and settlement information
• Obtain statement information
• Track returned checks
• Review historical chargeback notifications with return reason codes
• Manage historical media retrievals
• Print pre-formatted reports
• Export and manipulate data in preferred format
