Sales Officers/ Executives/ Assistant Managers
We are looking for high caliber and motivated individuals to sell Global Payments' products to merchant clients in our local markets. The primary function is the development of sales. The specific expectations are as follows:
- Delivery of assigned business targets by driving sales activities in the assigned territory/market
- Aggressively negotiate with merchant clients for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business
- Ensure all account opening and operations are in compliance with internal requirements
- Develop, build and manage merchant relationships
- Candidate with solid business development (or client relationship development) and management experience from credit card/merchant acquiring business will be considered for the manager position
Requirements:
- Tertiary-educated in Business, Management or Engineering discipline will be preferred
- At least three years sales experience in financial services with proven track record
- Sales experience in the credit card business is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry
- Experienced industry candidate with good track record of sales will be considered for higher level position
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and local language

Product and Business Development Executive / Manager
The Product and Business Development Executive or Manager will be responsible for conducting market and competitive research to identify new product requirements that can drive incremental revenue for Global Payments Asia-Pacific Limited. Job duties as follows:
- Build and/or assess business cases for new products/services or product enhancements; articulate the proposition, the estimated financial impact, various options and recommendations to management and regional product team
- Manage the product development value chain for assigned projects
- Create/document detailed product requirements specifying desired product features and functionality to local and regional technical teams
- Ensure that the products/services developed meet the business and customer/market needs by collaborating closely with local and regional technical teams
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer support, operations, risk management, and other relevant functional areas to manage all aspects of new product and service roll-outs
- Act as a product champion to build awareness and understanding of the product and its features across the organisation
- Assess and manage merchant portfolio profitability, drive initiatives to improve quality of the merchant portfolio and prepare monthly business performance summary
- Collate market information, industry trends and intelligence, competitors' information and share knowledge within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Product/project management experience in credit card , the payment processing industry, working for a payment network, processor, ISO, acquirer is an absolute must
- Deep knowledge of the payments and financial services industries, including transaction processing, payment networks, merchant acquiring, and risk management is essential
- Demonstrated ability to create effective market requirements documents and product requirements documents is essential
- Strong strategic thinker with quantitative analytical skills and the ability to develop data-driven product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Demonstrate track record managing all aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, product marketing, and product P&L ownership
- Good English communication (verbal and written) is essential
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing, data and analysis oriented environment
- Position/job designation will depend on the candidate’s competency

Location: Hong Kong
Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will focus on the Compensation and Benefits programs for 10 countries in Asia, including Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Macau, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Taiwan, and acting as the HR business partner for designated countries. The expectations for this role are as follow:
- Work closely with the Director of Human Resources to design and implement regional reward and incentive programs
- Propose and review C&B policies, procedures and framework, conduct regular country specific C&B program review to ensure competitiveness
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus allocation process
- Lead regular compensation & benefit surveys participation across the region to ensure market competitiveness and provide advisory on the best practice
- Support the staff planning and employee cost forecasting
- Assist in the design and delivery of C&B solutions and policies in line with Human Resources and Business strategies
- Provide recommendation on salary and package proposal for promotion, recruitment, relocation across the region
- Administer both local and expatriate compensation and benefits programs
- Manage Human Resources Information System implementation
- Act as HR business partner for designated countries to provide coaching and counseling to line managers for recruitment, performance management, employee relations, etc.
- Responsible for meeting staffing needs through identifying effective recruitment channel and appropriate selection method
- Manage external consultants and service vendors to ensure service efficiency
- Keep updated on market trends and legislations in related to C&B
- Participate in other ad hoc projects and HR initiatives
Requirements:
- University Graduate from a reputable University in Business Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years solid C & B management specialist experience from MNC in Asia including China, exposure in consultancy a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in compensation principles, methods and techniques
- Good analytical skills, detailed orientated, well organized and meticulous
- Good problem solving skills
- Flexible team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory, Putonghua preferred
- High proficiency in computer software – Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Visio
